Admissions

Open for 2026-27 — Nursery to Class IX.

How to apply

Five steps, and none of them take long.

1

Collect the form

From the school office on any working day, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The form costs ₹200, which is not adjusted against the fee.

Submit with documents

Along with the papers listed below. The office checks everything with you across the counter, so nothing comes back later.

Interaction

An informal meeting with the child and both parents. For Nursery to Class II this is a conversation, not a test.

Written assessment

Class III and above sit a short paper in English, Hindi and Mathematics, based on the previous class syllabus.

Confirmation

The result is given within three working days. Admission is confirmed once the first instalment is paid.

Paperwork

What to bring

  • Birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation (original and one copy).
  • Transfer Certificate from the previous school, for Class I and above.
  • Progress report of the last class passed.
  • Aadhaar card of the child and of both parents.
  • Samagra ID of the child, for Madhya Pradesh residents.
  • Four passport-size photographs of the child, two of each parent.
  • Caste certificate, if applying under a reserved category.

A child must be three years old by 31 March of the admission year for Nursery. The PEN number is issued by the school after admission.

Fees

Fee structure, 2026-27

Tuition fee is charged monthly. Admission fee is one-time and is paid only in the year a child joins the school.

Transport

₹650 to ₹750 a month depending on the route. See the routes on the Facilities page.

Hostel

₹3,500 to ₹4,500 a month by room type, including meals. Limited seats, outstation students first.

Concessions

25 per cent off tuition for the second child, and a full waiver for children of serving armed forces personnel.

Fees are payable by the 10th of each month at the school counter, by UPI or by bank transfer. A receipt is issued for every payment. Fees once paid are not refundable.
